How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery to US addresses usually takes 7–15 business days in total. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is $4.95, and free on orders of $35 or more.
Where do orders ship from?
Our tools ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouses, most of them overseas. That's why delivery takes 7–15 business days rather than 2–3.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after the label is created.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll change or cancel it.
Returns and problems
What if an item arrives damaged or isn't what you expected?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If an item is damaged, defective or not as described, we'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't need to send it back.
Can I return something I don't need?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. See our refund policy for details.
Choosing and using the tools
Which tool should I start with?
For double-coated breeds (Golden Retrievers, Huskies, German Shepherds, Labradors and similar), start with the undercoat rake: it lifts out the loose undercoat that causes most of the shedding. Follow with a slicker brush for the top coat.
How often should I groom?
A few short sessions a week keeps most double coats under control. During spring and fall shedding season, raking every day or two for a couple of weeks makes a big difference.
Do the brushes work on cats?
Yes. Use light pressure and short strokes, and stop if your pet seems uncomfortable.
