Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Our tools ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouses, most of them overseas. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days in total from the day you order. Carrier delays occasionally add a few days. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $4.95 per order, and free on orders of $35 or more after discounts.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Import duties

Our shipping costs to US addresses already cover import duties, so you shouldn't be asked to pay anything on delivery. If a carrier asks you for a fee, contact us before paying.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
